You may not want to pay your taxes, but you better. They’ll come after you. It’s illegal to not pay income tax, right? Here’s something you may not know: There is no written statute stating that you must file your 1040 Income Tax form. The Sixteenth Amendment was never ratified by the states. The Federal Reserve is not a part of the United States government.
